NovelGo User Agreement

1License to Use

1.1 Grant of License:

The App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the features and services of the App, solely for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the App in any way.

1.2 User Account:

You need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You promise to provide true and accurate personal information and are fully responsible for the security of your account. You may not share your account information with others.

2User Conduct

2.1 Lawful Use:

You agree to use the App only within the boundaries of the law and not engage in any illegal, infringing, or harmful activities. You may not post false information, harass others, or violate others' privacy.

2.2 Prohibited Actions:

You agree not to use the App to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the proper functioning of the App
• Engage in activities involving malicious software distribution, network attacks, etc.

2.3 Prohibited Content:

The term "information content" in this Article refers to user behaviors that are not allowed to exist when the user generates, copies, publishes, disseminates and other behaviors in the process of using the Service:

• Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing contents that infringe upon others' legitimate rights such as reputation, portrait, intellectual property, and trade secrets
• Publish, transmit, and disseminate content involving others' privacy, personal information or data without others' permission, except software usage information generated and published by default due to the use of the Service
• Publish, transmit or disseminate harassing, advertising and junk information or information containing any sexual or sexual implication
• Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social ethics, or interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

2.4 Comply with Local Laws and Regulations

In the process of using the Service, you shall comply with the relevant local laws and regulations, and respect the local morals and customs. If your actions violate local laws, regulations or moral customs, you shall be solely responsible for them.

You should avoid getting involved in political and public events due to your use of the Service, otherwise the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate your service.

Any breach of this agreement shall be deemed as a serious breach by you, and the Platform may suspend the services to you, terminate the service agreement and legal relationship between the two parties, and there is no need to refund the fees paid by you, which shall be deemed as the liquidated damages paid by you to the Platform. If the liquidated damages are not enough to cover the losses of the Platform, the Platform may also seek recourse from you through other legal channels.

2.5 The Content Sent and Disseminated by Users and the Handling of Third-party Complaints

Any content (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, charts, etc.) that you create, post or disseminate through the Service is your sole responsibility. The content you publish and disseminate through the Service shall comply with relevant laws and regulations.

The content you send or disseminate should come from a legitimate source, and the relevant content is owned by you or you have been authorized by the right holder.

You agree to authorize the Platform to use the content you post and disseminate through the Service, including but not limited to the content involved in the "drama review" and other functions.

If the Platform receives a notice from the right holder claiming that the content you send or disseminate infringes its relevant rights, you agree that the Platform has the right to make an independent judgment and take measures such as deleting, blocking or disconnecting the link.

3User Content

3.1 User Uploads:

By uploading content through the App, you warrant that you have necessary rights and permissions and that such content does not infringe on the rights of others. You grant the App the right to use, display, modify, and distribute your uploaded content worldwide.

3.2 Content Review:

The App has the right but not the obligation to review, delete, or modify user-uploaded content to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.

4Termination of Agreement

If you violate any terms of this agreement, the App has the right to terminate your license, close your account, and take appropriate legal action.

5Disclaimer

The App is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by user actions or content. Users assume all risks associated with using the App.

6Privacy Policy

You agree to comply with the App's Privacy Policy, understanding how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7Changes to Agreement

The App has the right to periodically modify this agreement. The modified agreement will be posted on the App and may be notified to you through email or other means.

By clicking the "Agree" button, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms of the above User Agreement.

8Subscription Service

8.1 Subscription Name:

Weekly Subscription

8.2 Subscription Benefits:

Coins will be credited to your account immediately after your subscription. Extra Coins, however, must be collected manually and day by day by login in.

8.3 Price:

The price of the subscription is $9.99 (excluding tax). It will be deducted from your account after you agree to purchase.

8.4 Auto Renewal:

The subscription would be renewed automatically within 24 hours before the date of expiration. Both sides can turn off this service. Once the service is turned off, the charging will stop, but the already completed payment won't be returned.

8.5 Cancellation:

On iOS devices, you can cancel your subscription at any time at least 24 hours before the next renewal date by going to Settings → iTunes Store & App Store → Apple ID → Check Apple ID → Subscriptions → NovelGo.
